Errors on Xray entities: Test Executions have been deleted in Jira, but Xray is not being correctly notified, which results in inconsistent data.

Scenarios where this bug is happening:

• Error when opening a new issue
  "Error occurred while calculating Test Status! Request failed with status code 500"

• Error when adding tests to a Test Plan
  " Invalid test statuses and no tests can be displayed"
