Xray should bypass its "Create Issue Dialog" and go straight into Jira's whenever Required Fields exist

Whenever Required Fields exist to create the Test Execution from a Test or a Test Plan or Epic , Xray should bypass its "Create Issue Dialog" and go straight into Jira's.

When creating a test execution issue from a Test Plan's or Test's "Create Test Execution" button (and if the Test Execution contains required custom fields) a warning will be displayed to the user, however, when choosing the "Create Issue" option in the Test Plan/Test repository board no warning is displayed. These behaviors should be uniformized in Xray.
