When a migration fails to retrieve an attachment file, it must also update the status of the migration to FAILED.

Sometimes, there are errors while getting the zip files of the attachments. In these cases, the Worker will stop due to an unexpected error but it will not update the migration status and it will continue to have an "IN PROGRESS" status indefintly.
