When creating issues from Xray actions, allow users to have settings to control which fields are populated with information

When creating issues with an Xray context, like creating a Test from a Requirement (Story), some fields may be automatically populated, like the Components, Sprint, Epic Link, Linked Issues fields.

Please allow users to have, on the settings, an option to turn ON/OFF this behavior for any possible fields.
