As admin, I can configure the name of the generated Feature Files

Xray should provide a configuration to allow the customisation of the generated feature file names.
An option to decide if the requirements key or summary will be used in the filename should be provided.
Also if there is no requirement for the generated feature file the test key should be displayed instead of the requirement key. The new naming convention when there is no requirement should be the following:
<sequential_id_one_based>[_<issue_test_key>][_<issue_precondition_key>]
