Import comments and blank lines added in the middle of scenarios/backgrounds when importing feature files

Short Description: Import comments and blank lines added in the middle of scenarios/backgrounds when importing feature files.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Create a cucumber test and a cucumber precondition linked to each other with comments and blank lines in the middle of the gherkin steps (see attach).

2 - Go to the Test issue and export it to Cucumber.

3 - Verify the file: it contains the comments and the blank lines.

4 - Now, import the same file via REST API.

Actual Results: it ignores the comments and blank lines, updating the issues.

Expected Results: it should not ignore the comments and blank lines. They should be imported.
