    Description

      Users must be able to use the Test Case Importer, or the Xray cloud REST API to import tests in JSON directly exporter from JIRA server. This feature will be provided either as:
       * A new endpoint in Xray cloud REST API
       * A new import scenario on the Test Case Importer
