When importing a feature file, the projectKey parameter is ignored, and if the Test already exists in a different project is not created

Description

When importing a feature file, the projectKey parameter is ignored, and if the Test and/or Preconditions already exists in a different project is not created.

How to reproduce

1. Import via REST API, a feature file into project AMGT
2. Import, via REST API, the same feature file this time to project ACTL

Actual result/Attachments

The Test from project AMGT is updated and is not created a new Test in project ACTL

Expected result

If the Test also does not exist in project ACTL, the Test must be created.
