Description

When cutting an image from a step and pasting it into a different one, the image is not added as an attachment in the second step. Update: it is not necessary to cut the image from the first step. It is only necessary to copy it and then paste it into the new step.

How to reproduce

1. Create one step, and add an image.
2. Create a second step
3. Edit the first one and cut (CTRL+Z) the image, and paste it into the second step
4. The image is added to the step but not as an attachment
5. If we delete step 1, the image on step 2 will not be rendered anymore.

Actual result/Attachments

The image on step 2 is not added as an attachment, and if the first step where the image was initially added is deleted, the second step will present an unrendered image.

Expected result

The image should be attached to the step.
