Tests added to Test Exec issues should be linked automatically to the Test Plan issues associated to the Test Exec issues

Tests added to Test Exec issues should be linked automatically to the Test Plan issues associated to the Test Exec issues.

We must have an option to activate/deactivate this behaviour, i.e., user should still be able to manually add tests (by clicking in add tests link).
