Keep Tests Order when creating a Test Execution from several Test Sets

The client that have reported it wants to define an order of Tests in Test Sets and then create Test Executions from different Test Sets (where the order of Tests is maintained). 

We verified that the experience is not the same in the Cloud Version and in the Server version (it works in the Server Version).

Steps to reproduce:

• Create one Test Set with 2 Tests (TestSetA with Test1, Test2 and Test3)
• Create a second Test Set with 3 Tests (TestSetB with Test4 and Test5)
• Create new Test Execution
• On the Test Execution using the option "add Tests from Test Sets" add the Test Sets with this order, first TestSetB and then TestSetA

Verified:

• On the Test Execution we have the following Tests order:
  • Test1
• • Test2
  • Test3 
  • Test4
  • Test5

Expected (and validated in Server version):

• On the Test Execution we have the following Tests order:
  • Test4
  • Test5
  • Test1
  • Test2
  • Test3

This only happens when adding the Test Sets at the same time.
