Code snippets are no longer displayed in the test steps in read-only mode (only in edit mode)

Short Description: Code snippets are no longer displayed in the test steps in read-only mode (only in edit mode).

Steps to reproduce:

1 - Create a manual test with some steps.

2 - In some of the steps enter code snippet and save them.

Actual Results: the code is seen in edit mode but not in read-only mode.

Expected Results: the code should be seen in read-only mode too.
