As system, whenever importing results for existing Tests referred explicitly, the Summary should not be updated

As system, whenever importing results for existing Tests referred explicitly, the Summary should not be updated.

Whenever importing results using Robot Framework, or similar as long as it is possible to explictly identify the Test issue key (e.g., testng, nunit, junit enhanced), the results should be report against the existing Test issue; the Summary of the Test issue should not be updated.

Currently, if we import tagged RF test results the summary of the existing Test issue is lost/updated

After importing results, tagging explictly a RF test case with an existing Test issue (e.g., CALC-1270) the summary is changed; it shouldn't.
