    Description

      As a user, I can use a visual editor for editing the Condition field in Manual/Generic Pre-Conditions.

      Currently, even knowing that the Condition field in the Pre-Condition details supports JIRA Wiki markup, it doesn't have JIRA Rich Text Editor.
