Bulk executing tests in test executions with disallowed test statuses and having multiple pages of tests in them

It's possible to execute the status of tests in a test execution even if the execution is in a workflow status that shouldn't allow this.
This happens when there are multiple tests associated to the test execution that fill more than one page in the tests datatable.
