As project admin, I can configure the default summary value for creating Test Execution issues from different contexts

When creating new Test Execution issues from Xray actions, the summary is automatically populated with a default value in some contexts.

The idea is to provide a way to configure default summaries in the project settings.

These default summaries can be defined for several contexts:

ad-hoc Test Execution
Test Plan (single and multiple tests)
Test Repository
Test Plan Board
Importing Execution Results
It must also be possible to define default summary values with variables such as Issue Key and Summary.

Ex:

Ad-hoc execution for ${TestSummary}

Test Plan ${TestPlanKey}, iteration ${Iteration}
