Custom fields with different sets of options per context are not showing the appropriate options when part of a filter in an Xray screen.

When using custom fields in filters in Xray screens (issues, reports, etc), if these custom fields are of type "option" and their options vary given a context, they are not being presented correctly.

Expected behavior:
The options for the global context must be presented unless the field "Project" is present in the corresponding filter. If it is, then the options of the custom field must be the ones for the chosen Project in the filter.

ACs:

• If a field doesn't have any contexts, it must continue to have the same behavior and available options as before
• When there is an "option" type field with different contexts:
  • When the filter doesn't have any project filtering, show only the global context options
  • When the filter does have a project filtering (either single or multiple projects) these projects must be taken in consideration when loading the available suggestions
    • If no project is selected, only the global context options are shown
    • If exactly 1 project is selected, only the options for that project are shown (if that project doesn't have a context, the global ones are displayed)
    • If 2 or more projects are selected and all projects don't have any contexts OR have all the same single context: display the options for the given context
    • If 2 or more projects are selected and the projects don't have all have the same context: display no options
    • (This logic is the same as displayed in the basic JQL search)
