It's not possible to create a defect in a Test Run when the Test Execution "is tested by" the Test

It's not possible to create a defect in a Test Run when the respective Test Execution has a "is tested by" issue link from the respective Test. The Jira issue create dialog is not shown after clicking in "Create Defect" buttons in the Execution page.
