After Merge the Test definition on Test Run, the switch Tests arrows shortcut is disabled

Description
When you change the Test definition, you will be presented with the message to Reset or Merge, and after clicking on Merge, it´s not possible to move to the following Test using the arrows shortcut.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Plan and add two Tests;
2. Create a Test Execution for both Tests;
3. Enter the Execution page of the first Test;
4. Add a parameter on the Test Run;
5. "Test definition has been modified" warning appears
6. Click on Merge

Actual result/Attachments
The switch Test arrows shortcut is disabled and greyed out

Expected result
The switch Test arrows shortcut should be available

Workaround
If you refresh the page (F5], the arrow shortcut will be available again
