Components field not getting cleared after selecting new project in Test Plan report filter

Description

The Document Generator button has disappeared from the Releases page.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Test Plans List report, select Project X, apply component A, and generate a report. 
2. Go to the Test Plans List report, and select Project Y. Component A has been removed. Click Apply. 
3. Step 3: When generating the report it is not correct (the components appear again in the filter overview ).

Actual result/Attachments

The components filter appears again after changing the project filter field.

Expected result

Components filtration should be removed after changing the project.
