As a user, I can see Xray fields on Test Execution reports that display the start and finish dates

Xray should automatically calculate the Start and Finish dates automatically for a Test Execution based on final statuses of Test Runs.

When the first Test Run starts executing, the TE start date is set. When all Test Runs are in a final status, the TE finish date is set.
