Test Rep/Test Plan(s) board view/Test Exec(s) board view - click on scroll wheel of the mouse to open in another tab will open a blank page

Short description: 

Currently when we are in one of the following pages:

1. Test repository;
2. Test Plan board view;
3. Test Plans board view;
4. Test Execution board view;
5. Test Executions board view.

And if we click on the scroll wheel of the mouse in one of the links (for example issue key link) - this action should open the link in another tab. Currently it actually opens another tab, but it's a blank page, nothing appears, this should be fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to one of the above mentioned pages;
2. Use the mouse scroll wheel to click in one of the links, for example issue key;
3. It will open another tab - but tab is blank.

This action of the mouse should be fixed.
