As a user, I can use a gadget to create a piechart report for Test issues by status

A new gadget must be provided by Xray to allow users to create a pie chart report for test issues. The issues will be grouped by status, considering the Xray scope calculation.

The source for the chart will be a Project or a Saved Filter. The maximum number of Test cases supported by the gadget is 1000.
