The steps table is not presented when having different issue types for Defects and when creating them on the Test Run and changing the default issue type

Description

The steps table is not presented when having different issue types for Defects and when creating them on the Test Run and changing the default issue type.

How to reproduce

1. Map two issue types as Defect, for example, Bug and Defect.
2. Create a Test Execution, add a Manual Test and execute it.
3. Create a Defect directly from the step.

Actual result/Attachments
The description is presented with the steps table, but if we change the issue type to a different one (considered as a Defect as well) the steps table disappears.

Expected result
The steps table should be presented in all issue types mapped as Defects (when raised directly from the Test Run, for sure).
