When moving horizontally the line that separates the Jira left bar and Test Repository one, after clicking on it, the mouse is locked up to that.

How to reproduce

1. Navigate to Test Repository
2. Click on the line that separates Jira left's bar and the Test Repository

Expected result

The bar should be kept with the defined size when releasing the mouse button.
