As a user, I should be able to filter with Xray History using JQL

User case
It should be possible to Filter in Jira for specific History Changes in Xray, so we are able to build directly in Jira different Dashboards, JQL Searches and so on. E.g. to search for Issues that were removed from a Repository Folder or specific Changes that were done in a certain Time frame.
