When importing a feature file multiple times, if one Scenario name has the word NOT, the Test is not updated but rather duplicated

How to reproduce

1. Import this feature file consecutive times: doistestes2.feature

Actual result/Attachments

The Test will always be created.
Please note that this is not always replicable. See the two GIFS attached.

Expected result

If nothing is changed in the feature file, the Tests should only be updated and not duplicated.
