Overall Test Coverage gadget should be improved when the group by config set has many options

In the Overall Test Coverage gadget, when the group by field has many options, the gadget is not properly rendered.

This visual should be upgraded. In the Built-in report and in Server/DC, the gadget is automatically adapted to the data.
