How to reproduce

1. Create Test Set in the Test Repository
2. Create several tests in this Test Set
3. Now create a new Test via the main Create button.
4. Change the Test order in Test Set in Repository.
5. Add Tests from that Test Set in the new Test just created.
6. Test order of the Test Set in Reposiorty is not maintained.
