As a user, I can have the duration time for each example step when executing Cucumber tests manually

As a user, I can have the duration time for each example step when executing Cucumber tests manually.

At the moment, users can manually execute Cucumber Scenarios/Scenario Outlines, going through all steps (within each Example line), but the duration is not filled.
