Description

If an issue type is mapped as a Defect and then deleted without being first removed from the Defect mapping when creating a Defect, this issue type will still be presented as default.

How to reproduce

1. Go to Defects Mapping and add Task issue type and Bug as defects (respect this order).
2. Go to your project Issue Types configuration and remove Task from the project.
3. Go to a Test Execution, execute it and create a Defect.

Actual result/Attachments

The default Defect issue type is not Bug.

Expected result

The default Defect issue type on the create screen should be Bug.
