Description
Filter set before sharing the report is not used after sharing the Report.

As a user I should be able to see the same filter applied when opening a shared Xray report.

How to reproduce
Navigate to Testing Board -> Test Runs List
Apply a filter
Click Share and open the generated link

Actual result/Attachments
The complete Test Runs List is open

Expected result
The Test Run List with applied filter should open
