      When a Test Execution is created for a requirement under J01, for project J03, it shows an error, and no issue linkage is created.

      How to reproduce

      1. Create three projects as per the description.
      2. Create a Test Execution under the requirement of J01, for Project J03.
      3. No issue linkage is created and an error pops up. 

      Error creating test execution for covered Issue
      The created issue(s) have invalid issue types.

      Actual result/Attachments



      Expected result: Issue linkage should be created and no error should appear.
