After importing Preconditions via Test Case Importer (CSV), and if in the import we choose to create Folders; when doing a Project re-index later, the Folders are kept, but the Preconditions go to the Root folder.

      Description

      After importing Preconditions via Test Case Importer (CSV), and if in the import we choose to create Folders; when doing a Project re-index later, the Folders are kept, but the Preconditions go to the Root folder.

      How to reproduce

      1. Import this CSV to create some Preconditions  Issues - 2023-06-01T171837.676.csv - Enable the option to create folders during the import
      2. After importing, check the Test Repository and see that each Precondition is correctly placed inside a folder.
      3. Go to Project Settings and perform an Xray Re-index.

      Actual result/Attachments

      When re-opening the Test Repository, the folders are kept, and the Preconditions are now on the Root folder.

      Expected result

      All folder structures should be kept.
