Unable to open "Jira Create Issue Dialog" link on "Test Execution contains Requirement Fields" warning dialog from Test Coverage Panel

Description
Jira Create Issue Dialog doesn't open when you click on the link in the "Test Execution contains Requirement Fields" warning dialog. 
The problem happens in the "Execute with test execution" button of the Test Coverage Panel. 

How to reproduce

1. Create a Required Custom Field and add it to Test Execution. 
2. Create a Story, Epic or Task issue type and add Test Coverage to it.
3. Click the "Execute with test execution" button of the Test Coverage Panel.
4. Click on the "Jira Create Issue Dialog" link that appears in the "Test Execution contains Requirement Fields" warning dialog.

Actual result/Attachments

Jira Create Issue Dialog doesn't display.
