Test Repository filters options dropdown get minimized when browser window is smaller

Description
When using the browser window smaller or even with PCs with smaller screens, the Test Repository filters options dropdown gets minimized, blocking the navigation and choice of the Filters when the dropdown of chosen Field has a lot of options.

How to reproduce

1. Open the Test Repository page
2. Minimize the browser page
3. Open the Filters and try to select a Field with several options

Actual result/Attachments
The Filters section get´s minimized.

Expected result
It should allow you to select the Filters Fields even with several options.
