Error accessing the Test Set with no Tests from the Test Repository after using the filter option.

Issue:

Unable to access the Test Set with no Tests included from the Test repository after applying the filter. "If Test Set consist Tests there will be no error."

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Go to Test Repository and select TEST SETS option. 
2. Use the filters option and select any field and apply. 
3. Then try accessing the Test Set with no Tests. 

Actual Result: Facing the below error 

Unexpected error has occurred
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'issues') 

Expected Result:  Should be able to access the Test Set with no Tests without any error.
