As a user, I can use a Test Runs List gadget

A new JIRA gadget "Test Runs List" should provide a list of Test runs and their status. 

The source for the chart will be a Project or a Saved Filter. The maximum number of Test Runs supported by the gadget is 1000.

The considered issues can be:

• Test Executions

There is also a limit of 100 on the amount of issues returned by the saved filter. 

The following additional filters can also be configured:

• Date Range
  • Time Frame
    • Today
    • Current Week
    • Last Week
    • Current Month
    • Last Month
    • Last N Days
  • Custom
    • Start Date
    • Finish Date
• Test Run Assignee
• Test Run Executed By
• Test's component
• Test's priority
• Test's contains
• Test's status (workflow)
• Test Run Statuses

Default Columns:

• Test key
• Test summary
• Test Execution key
• Version (of Test Execution)
• Revision (of Test Execution)
• Test Environments (of Test Execution)
• status (result of the Test)

Other configurable columns are:

• Begin and End date from TE
• All fields from Tests
• Test Run fields:
  • Test Run Assignee
  • Test Run Executed By
  • Test Run Start Date
  • Test Run Finish Date
