As a user, I can sort the Test Runs table on the Test Execution

Users should be able to sort the Tests table in the Test Execution view issue screen based on sortable fields of the related Test issue and Test Run.

ACs:

• A new Rank column should be provided to allow users to sort by rank also. This column will display the rank number and should be displayed before the first content column (e.g Issue Key)
• When a sort column is chosen other than the default Rank, the possibility to re-rank Test Runs by drag and drop will not be available.
• If the Test Execution issue is readonly, the users should still be able to sort the table.
