When importing dataset from csv, the parameters with more then 64 characters are not loaded

Description

When we try to import a CSV into a dataset, if the parameter has more than 64 characters, it won't be loaded.

Pre-conditions

Have a CSV with data to load to a dataset.

Two rows with a row with more than 64 characters and another with less than 64 characters

How to reproduce

1. Import the appended CSV to a dataset
   
   
2. The cell that should have received the 65 characters hasn't any data
   

Expected result
Both rows should be totally populated.
