As a user, i can automate the Test Plan Workflow status to be Done, when all Test executions are in status Done

    Description

      As a user, I should be able to automate the Test Plan workflow status to be changed to Done when all the Test Executions are in Done Workflow status.

      Additionally, there should be an option to restrict the Test Plan workflow status until all tests have passed.
