Unable to import test executions with requirementkeys via API If the issue link name was changed from the default

Description

If we change the name of the Issue linking from the default "Test" to another name. When importing results via API that have requirementkeys, it fails. After checking with Roy this was due to the verification being done by name and not by Id.

How to reproduce
1. change the name in the Setting>>Issues>>Issue linking from the original "Test" name to another name;
2. Import execution results with requirementkeys to link to a requirement via API (endpoint:https://xray.cloud.getxray.app/api/v2/import/execution);

Actual result/Attachments

Response: "No issue link type with name 'Test' found., Issue does not exist or you do not have permission to see it.".

Expected result

Creation of test, test execution with the linking to the requirement.
