When hovering on call tests steps below clone option all the option disappearing

All options are disappearing when hovering over call test options.

How to reproduce

1. Create 2 tests with manual test steps.
2. Call test steps of 1st test in the 2nd test.
3. Hover on the clone option in call test steps and below that meatball option.
