When creating a Test Execution from a Test Plan in Testing Board, it ignores the Rank of Tests given in Test Plan

Description

When creating a Test Execution from a Test Plan in the Testing Board, it ignores the Rank presenting the Tests sorted by issue key.

Pre-conditions

Having a Test Plan with some Tests Ranked randomly.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Testing Board
2. In the burger menu, choose Test Plans
3. Select the Test Plan previously created
4. When you try to create a Test Execution with all the Tests, the Tests will be ordered by Issue Key, ignoring the Rank given in the Test Plan.
