While deleting the Test from the Test Repository Non-admin users are not able to view the delete dialog.

Pre-conditions
Log in user should be a Non-admin.

How to reproduce

1. Open Test Repository.
2. Right click on any Test.
3. Click on Delete.

Actual result/Attachments
After clicking on the Delete the delete confirmation dialog is not opening.

Expected result
Delete confirmation dilog should be visible for Non-admin users.
