      Description: Test Cases are being added in Test Execution with disallowed status

      Pre-conditions: NA

      How to reproduce

      1. Add a status type in Disallow Executions of Tests with workflow statuses, let's say Done. 
      2. Change the status of a Test Execution to that status ie Done. 
      3. Now try to add any Test Case to that Test Execution.
      4. Test Cases are added. 

      Actual result/Attachments: Test Cases should not be added as per the Documentation. 

      Expected result: Test Cases should be added.
