CLONE - As a user, I am unable to see suggestions of Test plans when trying to add Test Plans to Test cases.

Description:

Unable to see suggestions of Test plans when trying to add Test plans to Tests.

How to reproduce

1. Open a Test case.
2. Try to add Existing Test plans to the Test case.
3. Unable to see Test plans suggestions even after entering the Exact Test plan key.

Actual result/Attachments:

When attempting to add Test plans to Test while inputting Test plan keys, it is not possible to see Test plan suggestions. It occasionally fails.

Expected result:

Should abe to see Test plan suggestions when entering Test Plan Key.
