Xray Exploratory App is violating the "disallow executions" setting

Description: Xray Exploratory App is violating the "disallow executions" setting under Xray. 

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Set disallow executions settings under Xray Project settings for any status. 
2. Add a Test with the same status and verify execution is disabled under UI. 
3. Open the Xray Exploratory App and try to create a Test Execution under the same Test Case.
4. A New Test Execution is created and the status can also be changed. 

Actual result/Attachments: A New Test Execution is created and the status can also be changed. A GIF is attached replicating the steps

Expected result: Test Execution should not be created.
