Test runs assignee - "[migration] unknown user" creating issues in viewing test runs list gadget or report

Description:

When we migrate to cloud, the test runs are assigned to "[migration] unknown user". But, the assignee field appears as unassigned when viewed from the UI.

The Testruns list gadget is unable to load the test runs those test runs when we apply assignee as unassigned in the filter as they are actually assigned.

Pre-conditions: To have a test run as unassigned in server/ Data Centre and that should be migrated to cloud instance.

How to reproduce:

• Create a test execution as unassigned in server/DC
• After migration to cloud, load the test runs list gadget or report with filter assignee = unassigned.

Expected Result: The gadget/report should load the test runs which are unassigned.

Actual Result: The gadget/report is not loading test runs which are unassigned.
