Xray cloud while importing test cases has formatting issues due to wiki markup syntax

Description: When we try to import test cases with certain test steps having formatting tags in the cloud, then, Xray cloud treats them as text rather than format reflecting the test step information intact without formatting them. This is happening due to wikimarkup syntax.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a CSV with test data having formatting tags like <p> </p>, <span - style> etc.
• Now import the test data via test case importer.

Expected Result: The data in the CSV should be imported along with the formatting.

Actual Result: The imported test data fails to format the text.
